I believe this is a good product. I am rating this item 4 stars because the customer service was good, the product was good (I returned it though as it did not meet my needs), and the product was as described. But, this is for a sail flag and I needed a flag pole for a regular 3 x 5 flag. If you purchase this and need customer service, I suggest that you use email. Bottom line: if you need a ground-mounted flag pole for a sail flag I recommend this item to prospective buyers.
