I ordered these glasses for some guests who were staying with me during my shower weekend. Our wedding is monogrammed theme and to kick off the girls weekend I bought these. All came in the mail on time. One came slightly damaged the decal lettering was messed up. I called and was worried they would make me pay for shipping to send the original back and they did not. Matter of fact lady was super nice, said for me to keep the damaged one and they would send a new one out ASAP. They did and the weekend was a hit bc of these special glasses.
